Jessica Simpson's pregnancy seems like a not-very-well-kept secret at this point, but she has yet to officially confirm the exciting news with a statement or interview. Even so, Jessica is still willing to share some intimate information with her fans since she twittered a picture of herself on the toilet while out shopping earlier this week.
